Sarah Farthing

Sarah Farthing

Business Manager

Sarah Farthing serves as Business Manager for Felton Consulting Group. She manages client relationships and team offsites, working closely with our back office associates to provide an outstanding client experience. Sarah takes great pride in helping things run smoothly for our own team and the clients we serve.

From an early age, Sarah had a keen and enduring interest in human development and human behavior, particularly how individuals grow, improve, and interact more effectively with each other. She loves this work with James and Table Group, as it combines her intrinsic drive to plan and organize with her affinity for people and curiosity surrounding the ways we succeed together.

Prior to joining Felton Consulting Group, Sarah founded and operated a retail and wholesale coffee business with her husband, Joe. Sarah received her B.A. in Psychology and M.S.W., both from Washington University in St. Louis. She currently lives in Lawrence, Kansas with Joe and their twin sons.

Julie Sanchez

Administrative Assistant

Julie Sanchez is our Administrative Assistant, providing back office support for the Felton Consulting Group. She works closely with the Business Manager and the Operations and Finance Administrator, to meet the needs of both clients and consultants. She is honored to play a supportive role in helping companies be stronger and healthier. One of her goals in life is to leave everything better than when she found it.

Julie graduated from Bethel University in Indiana, with a degree in Elementary Education and was a former 6th Grade Social Studies teacher before staying home to raise her kids. Originally from Canada, Julie grew up overseas in Zambia and Kenya before settling in the States. Julie and her husband have 4 kids and now live in Illinois.

Emily Strautmann

Operations and Finance Administrator

Emily Strautmann is the Operations and Finance Administrator for Felton Consulting Group. She manages the finer details that keep our practice running smoothly; working closely with our Business Manager and Administrative Assistant.

We inspire clients to lean into their areas of natural ability, potential and joy. Emily’s niche is behind the scenes – crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s, in support of her team on the front lines.

After studying Biblical Counseling and Psychology in the Midwest, she entered the role of Enrollment Coordinator at her Alma Mater until taking time off for her family. Emily currently resides in West Michigan with her husband and three young children.
